About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods, providing an outstanding client experience and helping maintain a stocked, visually ready store. The position involves contributing to sales goals, inventory and order fulfillment, promotional setups and event execution, and a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment while following company policies and safety standards. Weekly hours may vary based on business needs, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week. Availability is required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the scheduled availability period is Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
