About The Position

The IT/Compliance Seasonal Associate is an entry-level position that will contribute to assigned IT and Compliance projects. The Associate will work closely with the Information Technology Supervisor and the Fair Lending & Compliance Officer, gaining valuable insight into the Community Banking business. This is a seasonal, non-benefitted position.

• Basic understanding of banking regulations.
• Basic understanding of how to identify and make recommendations to address problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to, Excel, Work, and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED) equivalency required.
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required, either in process or complete.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Colorado Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a working relationship with internal team members through effective communication.
• Develops industry foundation using available training programs and tools.
• Provides support to the IT department through working with IT teams to complete special projects as assigned.
• Provides support to the Compliance department through working with Compliance teams to complete special projects as assigned.
• Uses numerous software applications to accomplish daily tasks with minimal errors.
• Gains knowledge of competition, profitability, and aligning department work with strategic goals.
• Regular and Reliable on-site attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
