Seasonal Associate, General Warehouse - 1st Shift
About The Position
This role is for a Seasonal Associate in a General Warehouse position on the 1st Shift. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm. The pay is $16.50/hr plus performance incentives, with the potential to earn up to $25/hr for performance. Employees also receive 50% brand discounts. A Warehouse Associate follows established procedures to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods. Responsibilities include various functions within the distribution center such as receiving, stocking, loading, unloading merchandise, picking, and operating heavy-duty equipment like pallet jacks. Associates are expected to work independently to reach individual production goals successfully and accurately.
Requirements
- Basic level of education required: reading, writing, and basic numeracy.
- Problem solving skills.
- Accountability.
- 1 year of experience and professional achievements.

Responsibilities
- Receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a warehouse following established procedures and guidelines.
- Perform various functions within the distribution center, including receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise, and picking.
- Operate heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
- Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records.
- Retrieve stored information to respond to inquiries.
- Work independently to reach individual production goals successfully and accurately.
