About The Position

Join VF as a Seasonal Associate in our General Warehouse on the 2nd Shift. This role involves a variety of functions within the distribution center, including receiving, stocking, loading, unloading merchandise, picking, and operating heavy-duty equipment like pallet jacks. You will be responsible for following established procedures to manage goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate stock records through data entry. Success in this role requires independent work to meet individual production goals accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

1 year of experience and professional achievements.
Basic level of education required: reading, writing, and basic numeracy.
Problem solving skills.
Accountability.

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse experience.
Formal education in a related field.

Responsibilities

Receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a warehouse following established procedures and guidelines.
Perform various functions within the distribution center, including receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise.
Pick merchandise according to written or verbal requests or orders.
Operate heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks.
Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records.
Retrieve stored information to respond to inquiries.
Work independently to reach individual production goals successfully and accurately.
