About The Position

Cavaliers Holdings LLC is seeking a '2026-27 Seasonal Assistant, Video Production' to play an integral role in all aspects of the Marketing Team, including Digital, Broadcasting, and Game Operations for all Rock Entertainment Group properties. This is a temporary, full-time position from September 2026 to June 2027, requiring approximately 40 hours per week onsite at Rocket Arena. The ideal candidate is a driven professional with acute attention to detail, who is enthusiastic and purposeful. This seasonal program offers hands-on experience in the organization. Local candidates are strongly preferred, and no relocation assistance or temporary housing is provided. A demo reel is required for consideration.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University, preferably in the field of electronic media production, broadcasting, communications or marketing (or currently pursuing a BS Degree).
Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week onsite at Rocket Arena.
Must be available to work onsite at Rocket Arena Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm.
Must be available to work flexible hours including frequent weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
Proven ability using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent production software.
Demonstrates aptitude in one or several core production areas such as camera operation, video editing, motion graphics & animation, script writing, lighting, or has control room experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be organized, highly motivated and team oriented.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Managing creative assets, digital inventory, and metadata.
Basic non-linear editing and motion graphic design.
On-set and live event production assistance and shooting.
Game night duties (could be used in any and all aspects of a live event, including Cavs, Monsters, and Charge games, as well as concerts and special events).
Other duties as assigned.
