About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for a Seasonal Pastry Chef who is passionate about food quality, customer service, community, and baking. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team offering a unique menu selection of over 40 fresh-baked pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins made with honest, whole ingredients. This is a seasonal position ending after the 2026 holiday season.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work quickly to decorate amazing pastries with strict attention to detail.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
• Ability to work through change & be able to be flexible all while keeping a close eye on what's cooking!
• Ability to lift large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Demonstrate super-hero abilities in the kitchen from following recipes to paying close attention to details to create one-of-a-kind pastries & baked goods.
• Decorate amazing pastries with strict attention to detail.
