About The Position
Everline Resort & Spa is seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal Accounting Clerk to support our Finance team during a busy peak period (3–4 month assignment). This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in hospitality accounting within a luxury resort environment.
Requirements
- Previous accounting, finance, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and cash handling
- Process invoices, verify coding, and support timely payments
- Reconcile daily revenue reports and assist with month-end close tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
