About The Position

This role is part of the Digital Marketing department at Nintendo of America (NOA) and will provide operational support for Nintendo.com discoverability initiatives, including website search, product visibility, and SEO-related activities. This is a 6-month temporary contract.

Requirements

2-3 years of direct SEO experience.
Understanding of enterprise SEO and its current/future trends.
Knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content marketing, and link building as they apply to ecommerce websites.
Background working with websites that have a global footprint and familiarity international SEO strategies.
Experience with industry tools (Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Schema.org).
Experience using analytics to tell a story (Google Analytics).
Knowledge of mobile vs. desktop SEO strategies.
Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with on-site or internal site search tools such as Algolia preferred

Responsibilities

Analyzes core metrics performance data and make recommendations through written reports and PowerPoint presentations to key stakeholders.
In partnership with Discoverability team, identifies SEO opportunities and provides impactful solutions with the goal of increasing overall organic visits to Nintendo’s web presence in the search engines.
Monitors branded/unbranded keyword rankings and creates keyword strategies based on current data trends.
Collaborates with various Marketing teams to discover new and innovative SEO tactics to implement.
Conducts in depth analysis of key competitor SEO performance.
Documents current SEO strategies and tactics into knowledge base.
