About The Position

KLINGER GPI is looking for a Sealing Product Specialist to join our West Texas team in Lubbock, TX. This role is a great fit for someone with a Process Technology certificate or anyone with sales experience in the oil and gas industry-whether inside or outside sales. In this position, you'll work alongside a driven team, represent KLINGER products, and help drive growth across industrial markets. KLINGER GPI was formed in 2020 when West Texas–based Gasket & Packings, Inc. joined the KLINGER Group, followed by a 2023 merger with KLINGER's Houston gasket manufacturing facility. With three Texas locations that are ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 accredited, we're proud to offer a wide range of sealing and control products-gaskets, valves, instrumentation, hoses, expansion joints, fasteners, hydraulic bolt tightening equipment, and more. We also provide in-house and mobile tool calibration and repair services to keep our customers running smoothly.

Requirements

18 years of age or older
Valid Driver License
Clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check (required for customer site access)
Sales experience preferably in the oil and gas industry
Competitive and self motivated
Entrepreneurial spirit
Desire to learn
Must be able to pass an initial drug screening and random screenings.

Nice To Haves

Process Technology certificate
Inside or outside sales experience in the oil and gas industry
Comfortable with sales tools and software
