About The Position

This role involves working outdoors and performing physical tasks related to paving operations, including seal coating preparation and installation. The position requires a solid understanding of paving, asphalt repairs, crack sealing, catch basin repair, and parking lot marking. Basic geometry concepts are also necessary.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Solid understanding of paving operations.
Proven skills in seal coating preparation and installation.
Comprehensive knowledge of additional services, including asphalt repairs, crack sealing, catch basin repair, and parking lot marking.
Able to apply basic geometry concepts.
Valid Driver’s license required.
Able to stand for long periods.
Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy equipment (up to 60 lbs).
Able to work in challenging positions.
Able to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.

Nice To Haves

Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities
