About The Position

This role is offering 20-25 hours per week. Candidates MUST be available till 8pm and weekends to be considered. This is not an official job description, but represents major responsibilities a new hire can expect to perform. Training will be provided at store level.

Requirements

• 18 yrs+ to apply
• Must be available till 8pm and weekends
• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred (for Store/Facility Teammates)
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred (for Store Support Center Teammates)
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, seafood cases, backroom
• Prepare product for cases
• At closing, pull product from cases for proper storage
• Handle live seafood
• Prepare party trays and selected seafood
• Suggestive selling and sampling products for customers
• Cook-fry and steam product for customers
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
