About The Position

Provides service to guests by taking orders for food and beverage venues, making change, and answering questions concerning casino food and entertainment. This role involves bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness in food venues, assisting staff with guest service, performing cash handling tasks, and executing opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age and enrolled in high school or hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have (or obtain within 30 days of employment) Food Handlers Card.
• Experienced in providing Cleary Superior Customer Service.
• Able to handle disputes and problem solve conflicts and recognizes when to involve management.
• Good math skills.
• Good verbal skills.
• Ability to work with a number of people at one time.
• Ability to take direction and complete tasks quickly.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Ability to lift 25 lb. while standing, twisting, or bending.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computers and routine paperwork.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) Year of cashier or customer service related experience preferred.

Responsibilities
