About The Position

As part of the Finance group, you'll play an integral role in ensuring our day-to-day financial health, supporting Apple's growth by applying the same level of innovation toward financial matters as we do toward our products and services. We are seeking a passionate, collaborative, and commercially minded individual to partner closely with Business and Education sales and cross-functional teams, enabling data-informed decision making that drives performance outcomes, strategic growth, and commercial return. The role combines strategic business partnering with analytical leadership — partnering with sales leaders to shape strategy, evaluate investments, and influence commercial decisions, while also leading reporting, performance modelling, demand analysis, and ROI measurement. A key aspect of the role will be leveraging data, systems and automation to improve operational efficiency and deliver actionable insights that support high-quality decision making across the sales organization. To be successful in this role, you will build a deep understanding of the Education and Business channels, while establishing strong partnerships with teams across the world to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Finance degree, relevant advanced degree or relevant work experience +5-10 years experience in Financial controlling / accounting or Sales/ commercial finance or DF&A/FP&A
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Identify risks/opportunities early and support leaders in decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and influence outcomes
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation
  • Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Translate financial data into business insights
  • Strong understanding of customer profitability and pricing/discount dynamics
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) & BI tools (Tableu)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience on SEA markets or other emerging markets
  • Familiarity with the Indonesia market
  • MBA or CPA not required, but preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyze demand trends, provide executive updates, and contribute to strategic business planning.
  • Provide forecasting inputs, represent SEA in WW Business & Education forums, and fulfil data and analytical requests from WW teams.
  • Partner with sales leaders to define business strategy, evaluate business proposals and return on investment, and provide insights to support sustainable growth.
  • Identify automation opportunities and develop scalable analytics tools to enhance efficiency and insights generation for the Sales Finance team. Including contributing to business requirements for complex cross-system data and process flows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including BPR, Sales Operations, across Worldwide and regional stakeholders to design, refine, and operationalize business programs and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to support contract reviews, governance frameworks, and process controls.
  • Develop and maintain reporting framework and analytical models to evaluate performance and form commercial recommendations.
  • Design, execute, and measure the effectiveness and ROI of demand generation sales programs.
  • Provide insightful and actionable analysis to drive enhanced sales performance across all lines of business in the Education and Enterprise channels.
