Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Support Equipment Fleet Management Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary focal point for Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance and U.S. Government-owned assets within Pratt & Whitney's custody. As a highly visible member of the organization, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement FIAR requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and government property accountability requirements. In partnership with Fleet Managers, PSPs, Warehouse Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders, the candidate will drive inventory accuracy, audit readiness, corrective action implementation, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This role will also leverage data analytics, reporting, and system enhancements to improve asset visibility, strengthen internal controls, and reduce compliance risk. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about utilizing technology, compliance frameworks, and data-driven decision making to enhance operational performance and support enterprise audit readiness.
