About The Position

We’re looking for a high-output, results-driven Sales Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced outbound environment. This is not a basic appointment-setting role. You’ll play a critical part in driving revenue growth by connecting with restoration business owners and generating qualified demo opportunities for automation platform. Requirements

  • 3+ years of outbound SaaS sales experience
  • Experience making 100+ calls per day
  • Clear, neutral-accent English
  • Confidence speaking with business owners
  • Strong resilience and comfort with rejection
  • Your own computer, reliable internet, and headset
  • Ability to work during PST business hours
  • Hubstaff time tracking during work hour

Responsibilities

  • Prospect restoration contractors and franchise operators
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling
  • Qualify business owners and decision-makers
  • Book high-quality demo appointments
  • Work daily inside HubSpot and Hubstaff
  • Track performance and maintain activity standards
