About The Position

We are seeking a Salesforce SDET to design, develop, and execute automated tests for Salesforce applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce testing, automation frameworks, and software quality practices, with a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and data.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in software testing or SDET roles.
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar Salesforce platforms.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, Python, or a similar programming language.
Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman or REST-based testing frameworks.
Familiarity with SOQL and Salesforce data structures.
Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Salesforce Platform Developer or Salesforce Administrator certification.
Experience with Apex testing and Salesforce development.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with Git and source control.
Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and release processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Test Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, Apex functionality, and Lightning components.
Validate Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party systems.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and reusable test components.
Perform API testing and validate data flows between Salesforce and external applications.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
Participate in CI/CD processes and integrate automated tests into deployment pipelines.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and help identify root causes.
Support performance, data validation, and regression testing as needed.
