Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field experiences; Master’s degree preferred
Proven track record of devising and executing comprehensive technology roadmaps to drive innovation and competitive advantage
8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development quality assurance leveraging AI, Java J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot Java frameworks, with a focus on API microservices architecture
Proven expertise in implementing SecDevOps practices and tools like Docker, Apache Maven, JBoss Enterprise Application Platform
Hands on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version controls, and automated testing frameworks such as, Playwright
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Develop, Test, and maintain scalable microservices implementations to support our client enterprise software applications and services. Implement best practices for microservices development and testing, including service isolation, fault tolerance, and API design
Provide technical leadership in AI driven software development testing implementation and practices
Lead the implementation of SecDevOps testing practices to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best quality assurance practices and standards. Mentor junior developers, conduct review, and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous learning and improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microservices with existing systems and third part APIs. Ensure interoperability and compatibility between different components and services within the business eco-system
Work with security team to implement security controls and measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Support regular security assessments and audits as needed to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and risks
