Requirements
- 4+ years in object-oriented design and software development
- Proven expertise in modern JavaScript front-end frameworks (e.g., NextJS)
- Deep understanding of Node.js, GraphQL, and RESTful web services
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong background in automation testing, unit testing, and TDD
- Proficient in Python for automation scripting
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
Nice To Haves
- Experience configuring and maintaining Sauce Labs and Applitools
- Familiarity with internationalization and supporting global releases
- Prior exposure to multi-agent AI tool integration and advanced workflow automation
Responsibilities
- Develop robust automation test suites for in-sprint and end-to-end testing using Python and JavaScript
- Implement agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) to create multi-agent workflows and integrate custom tool-calling capabilities
- Build and maintain automation infrastructure, including Looper Jobs, Sauce Labs configuration for cross-platform testing, and Applitools visual testing integration
- Execute manual and automated regression testing for app, CCM, and GQL releases as needed
- Continuously update and maintain automation libraries and review PRs for test coverage and quality
- Drive large-scale E2E integration testing across multiple systems, collaborating closely with partner teams
- Plan and schedule test activities, providing clear communication of progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve test processes and enhance product quality
