About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SDE Recruiter to support hiring efforts within SDE 2 and 3s. This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of recruiting experience, including full lifecycle recruiting
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging SDE 2s and 3s
  • Strong passive sourcing skills and experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to effectively evaluate and qualify upper-level candidates
  • Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with a recruiting team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Workplace Health & Safety, operations, or related fields is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Conduct in-depth candidate qualification calls to assess leadership experience, alignment, and readiness for executive-level roles
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by setting clear expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the process
  • Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates on progress toward hiring goals
  • Support a hiring target of approximately 3–4 hires per month within a fast-paced environment
