Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in rail, manufacturing, or industrial operations
- Proficiency in shift management systems, maintenance protocols, and safety compliance
- Strong understanding of operational excellence, lean principles, and process optimization
- Effective communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree preferred.
