About The Position

As an intern in Supply Chain, you’ll develop or enhance your skills in areas such as: Project Management – Leading various projects across internal departments and levels of the organization. Critical Thinking & Analysis – Learn to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to develop solutions to current. Relationship Management– Learn how to more effectively interact with various levels of a large corporation. You’ll get to know many different people in a wide variety of roles and backgrounds. Functions Gain exposure to Distribution, Transportation, and Material Handling solution development in a hands-on learning experience. Gain knowledge on pricing methods strategies and tool creation Learn project management skills as well as personnel management skills. Complete an assigned project and present project to Executive leadership team upon completion of internship. Assist with process and SOP documentation. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or working toward a Master’s degree with a preference for Logistics/Supply Chain/Transportation focus.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel with VBA is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with a team of diverse individuals in a variety of fields.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience is helpful but not required.
