About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Scrum Master for a remote contract position with a Major Financial Services Firm. In this role, you will support Agile initiatives, facilitate Scrum practices, and help teams deliver high-quality results. You will collaborate with stakeholders, resolve impediments, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. This is a remote position; however, candidates located in Delaware, New York, Pittsburgh, PA, Orlando, FL, or Salt Lake City, UT will be required to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite.

Requirements

• 5 years of Scrum Master or Agile experience
• Experience in financial services preferred
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
• Highly skilled at quarterly planning
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Equivalent combination of work experience, consulting, military experience, training, or education considered

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in Agile/Scrum initiatives and deliverables
• Assist with planning and execution of Scrum activities
• Identify, analyze, and resolve team impediments and delivery challenges
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices, policies, and compliance requirements
• Partner with client teams and business stakeholders
