We are seeking a Scrum Master who actively utilizes Generative AI tools and promotes the use of all available resources to ensure effective and efficient project execution and deliverables. Demonstrated experience in project planning tracking execution and closure activities. Stakeholder management Collaboration with various business and IT stakeholders with teams spanning multiple geographies. Proficient in Risk issue and dependency management. Proficient in Project financial and budget management with proven track records of delivering projects within budgeted parameters. Requirements

  • Actively utilizes Generative AI tools and promotes the use of all available resources to ensure effective and efficient project execution and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning tracking execution and closure activities.
  • Stakeholder management Collaboration with various business and IT stakeholders with teams spanning multiple geographies.
  • Proficient in Risk issue and dependency management.
  • Proficient in Project financial and budget management with proven track records of delivering projects within budgeted parameters.
  • Working experience with at least 10 team members in corresponding Agile team.
  • Able to support the team in preparing user stories from epics.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and provide support to the team in Agile ceremonies like the sprint planning meeting the daily standup meeting the sprint review meeting and the sprint retrospective meeting.
  • Address and resolve team impediments.
  • Make sure team is following Scrum framework values and Agile practices.
  • Mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes.
  • Help the team in decision making scenarios as well as provide regular constructive feedback to the team.
