About The Position

We are seeking a highly capable Scrum Master with a strong command of project management frameworks and hands‑on experience guiding teams through Agile delivery. In this role, you will facilitate daily Scrum sessions, lead sprint planning, manage Kanban workflows, and drive the team toward consistent, high‑quality incremental releases. You’ll provide end‑to‑end lifecycle support—capturing and tracking new requirements, maintaining the sprint backlog, and coordinating follow‑on technical exchanges with customers as needed. We offer advanced services in data science, data engineering, software engineering, AI solutions, cybersecurity, staff augmentation, and IT program management. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • Strong understanding of project management process and/or project management framework
  • Experience using Agile methodology and Scrum and Kanban processes, and principles
  • Effective PM skills
  • Ability to assess, document and track new requirements
  • Ability to manage sprint backlog
  • Ability to facilitate/schedule follow-on technical exchange meetings with customers
  • Strong working knowledge of Project Management software tools
  • Excellent analytic and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast paced environment
  • Willingness to assist and support the team with evolving requirements and objectives

  • Compose technical documentation, including a user's manual, training materials, installation guides, reports & executive level briefings

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily Scrum sessions

  • Plan and coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations
  • Build work breakdown structures, project schedules, risk registers and other programmatic artifacts
  • Help build and document processes, policies, and job aids
  • Assist and support the team with evolving requirements and objectives
