Job Location - Fort Mill SC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid) As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the Scrum process for one or more teams. You will ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices and you will help the team to continuously improve their processes and deliver high quality products

Requirements

• Must Have Skills Scrum Master
• Experience 10-15 years of experience in an Agile development environment with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master
• Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field A Masters degree is a plus
• Certifications Certified Scrum Master CSM or Professional Scrum Master PSM certification is required Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional CSP or Agile Certified Practitioner PMIACP are highly desirable
• Technical Skills Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies Experience with Test Driven Development TDD and Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment CICD practices
• Leadership Skills Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best
• Problem Solving Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions
• Agile Tools Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira Trello or similar

• Good to Have Scrum Master
• Proficient in Client Technologies to handle projects
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the projects scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints retrospective meetings and daily standups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications eg from customers or stakeholders
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher Scrum maturity
• Familiarity with software development and use JIRA board Confluence
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done user stories automated testing backlog refinement
