About The Position
Scrum Master The Opportunity: Coach a development team on Scrum principles and help the team focus on sprint goals and achieving their highest performance level to ensure the Scrum project is successfully progressed. Apply advanced consult ing skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, as needed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Scrum master or requirements analyst role
- Experience with requirement or business analysis
- Knowledge of Jira
- Ability to lead Agile transformation effort
- Ability to work collaboratively to establish enterprise Agile processes for a large program
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Agile Certification
