Requirements

5+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Systems Engineer of a development team
Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile Metrics
Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
Experience with teaching Agile framework concepts to technical teams
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the project management framework
Knowledge of the DoD or Space Force community and IT infrastructures
Possession of excellent problem-solving skills, to provide technical assistance to IT development teams
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
