Requirements

Must be a US citizen.
This position requires an interim Secret clearance to start.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited university
Project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Nice To Haves

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies
Experience with Jira project management tools

Responsibilities

Integrate and communicate across multiple teams and organizations to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
Serve as a liaison between Product Owners, Systems Design, Software, System Test, and other Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Develop and maintain briefings, presentations, and engineering metrics to support program decision-making and progress tracking.
Lead and facilitate technical engineering discussions across multiple IPTs, suppliers, and customers to drive collaboration and innovation.
Monitor team performance to ensure milestones and Program Increment (PI) commitments are met, and identify areas for improvement.
