  • Coach 1–2 product teams on Agile mindset and practices (Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid) with an emphasis on flow, predictability, and quality; grow teams from learning to self‑sustaining maturity.
  • Facilitate and observe events and day‑to‑day work to provide targeted coaching (teach, coach, mentor, or step back) that builds confidence and capability over time.
  • Partner with Product Managers/Owners to improve backlog quality, prioritization, and acceptance criteria, ensuring a steady flow of ready work and demo‑worthy increments.
  • Audit Azure DevOps boards/backlog for Definition of Ready/Done compliance, acceptance criteria completeness, and status hygiene; coach PO/Team to sustain quality and transparency.
  • Partner with Quality Engineers to integrate testing into flow, agree quality signals, and review defects in retrospectives to prevent recurrence.
  • Use actionable metrics (e.g., Flow Time, WIP, predictability, quality signals) to diagnose bottlenecks and guide iterative improvements; make data visible and useful.
  • Maintain and socialize team dashboards (burnup, CFD, predictability, quality) and publish iteration summaries to stakeholders; translate insights into targeted improvement actions owned by the team.
  • Continuously surface and remove impediments; maintain visible RAIDs; escalate cross‑team blockers and partner with the appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution.
