About The Position

Trident Consulting is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 9-11 years of Agile/Scrum delivery experience to lead and support multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, and impediment resolution skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 9-11 years of Agile software delivery experience with significant Scrum Master experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and SDLC practices.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams and managing competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Scrum Master Certification (SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent)
• Banking & Financial Services industry experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Drive sprint execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Track Agile metrics and provide transparent status reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage backlogs and delivery expectations.
