About The Position

As a scrum master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing, securing and creating efficiency in critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need an experienced scrum master like you to create solutions that’ll support the Army client. On our team, you’ll coach a development team to their highest performance level, while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed. You’ll ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders.

Requirements

10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projects
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or IT
DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification
PMI Certification, such as PgMP or PMP Certification
ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools
Experience developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
Experience reviewing vendor proposals and vendor management to align contracts and SLAs
Experience with performance based and award fee contracts
Knowledge of DoD project or program management practices
Ability to lead large, multifunctional teams of 150+ personnel, work independently, and anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
Master's degree in Project Management or IT
SAFe Program Consultant Certification

Help with maintenance and implementation of program monitoring tools and frameworks such as the IMS
Support business operations
Interface with delivery teams in support of data modernization
