The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding and coaching the development team and the organization on Agile/Scrum practices and principles. They facilitate the Agile development process, remove impediments, and ensure that the team meets its goals and delivers value to the stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least he / She Should have minimum one Certification: - CSM/PSM/PMP/ PMI-ACP/Safe
Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
- Support the development team in delivering high-quality products within the agreed-upon time frames.
- Identify and eliminate impediments or obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Work with stakeholders and other teams to resolve cross-team dependencies and issues.
- Coach the team members on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Maintain and provide transparency into team progress by tracking key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint/release progress.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and expectations.
