About The Position

Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting IT programs or technical project delivery
Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or Agile Delivery Lead
Experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or SAFe
Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) systems, directives, and policies
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting data platforms, analytics programs, or AI/ML initiatives
Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or similar Agile/DevOps platforms
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, and cloud-native delivery models
Knowledge of data engineering or data science concepts such as ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, or analytics workflows
Possession of strong communication skills
Agile or Scrum certification, such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP
