Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Scrum Development and Scrum practices
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and outcome-driven.
  • Guide Scrum Teams in Agile principles and best practices, helping them become self-organized, high-performing, and delivery-focused.
  • Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder team progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery lifecycle.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and team effectiveness, and implementing best practices across teams and projects.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Track and analyze key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, cycle time) to provide actionable insights, improve predictability, and drive accountability.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of risks and dependencies to maintain delivery timelines and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Take ownership of team-level decisions, contribute to broader program-level decisions, and provide effective solutions to complex challenges across multiple teams.
  • Act as a champion of Agile values and Scrum practices, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, adaptability, and high team morale.
