About The Position

The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Key Responsibilities The duties of a Scrum Master include, but are not limited to: Guide teams and organizations using Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies, and values. Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization and coach the team toward higher levels of maturity at a sustainable and comfortable pace. Remove impediments or guide the team in removing impediments. Facilitate the completion of work assignments without assigning or dictating individual work assignments. Facilitate discussions, decision-making, team building, and conflict resolution. Assist with internal and external communication, improve transparency, and facilitate information radiating. Support Product Managers in maximizing return on investment (ROI) and achieving organizational objectives. Support and educate the Product Owner, including grooming and maintaining the product backlog. Engage in Agile delivery using appropriate Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, etc. Provide support to the team using a servant-leadership style whenever possible and lead by example.

Requirements

5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
Scrum Master certification.
Experience with Change Management.

Nice To Haves

Experience identifying and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program performance.
Experience with Agile tracking tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
Experience creating and maintaining: Product timelines Status reports Communication plans Other product-management-related documentation.
