About The Position

Mosaic is seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to join their team. This role is for a servant leader passionate about driving digital transformation, cloud migration, and continuous improvement within a mission-driven community. The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring presence in the Omaha office on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years managing complex, multi-functional projects with a proven track record of success.
• A solid understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• A servant leader who embodies the core Agile values of openness, courage, respect, focus, and commitment.
• Ability to influence leaders at all levels without relying on traditional hierarchy.
• Must reside within a reasonable driving distance of Omaha, NE, to meet our hybrid schedule requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DevSecOps is a plus.
• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instill an Agile mindset across project teams, championing both Scrum and Kanban practices to foster self-organizing, highly productive teams.
• Play a pivotal role in Mosaic’s critical cloud migration and digital enablement initiatives.
• Lead daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Keep work visual, manage workflow, and remove roadblocks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on backlog prioritization and utilize data-driven metrics to track progress and continuous improvement.
