About The Position

Everforth ECS is seeking a highly qualified Scrum Master - Senior with an active Secret Clearance to work full time on our project at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment. Must hold and maintain a valid Secret Security Clearance. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• Active Secret Clearance
• Minimum 8 years' experience
• Certified Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Provides the day-to-day lead on assigned Agile development projects, working closely with technical leadership and project teams to facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Proactively works with producers and acting project managers to ensure that appropriate staffing resources are assigned, put in place, and effectively utilized at the appropriate time throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitating all Agile ceremonies including release planning, sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinements, and retrospectives.
• Supporting configuration management activities and maintaining baselines in accordance with established procedures.
• Assisting with technical documentation requirements.
• Working with quality assurance resources to create test plans.
• Ensuring that issues are properly assigned, tracked, and resolved.
• Acting as a point of escalation for process-related decisions during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions following detailed Agile instructions and methodologies.
