About The Position

GDIT is looking for a SCRUM Master to join our National Institutes of Health (NIH) CIT Hosting and Storage Services Program. This is a HYBRID role - 3 days on customer site in Bethesda MD. This role will require you to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and will require you to provide onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility. This investigation may review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications.

Requirements

6 years managing Agile delivery and sprint execution
Experience coordinating schedules, workflows, and cross‑team planning
Skilled in backlog management and documentation
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Nice To Haves

Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)
Experience in translating requirements and facilitating discussions
Experience in identifying and removing impediments to maintain workflow
Experience supporting NIH
Experience supporting large federal IT programs

Responsibilities

Lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Tracks actions, deadlines, and deliverables to maintain schedule discipline
Supports reporting, coordination, and risk tracking across task areas
Support team members and mentoring them in Agile practices
