We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join CSG Systems, Inc. as a Scrum Master/Lead QA. This dual-role position will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes within development teams while also leading quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. We are looking for a Scrum Master/Lead QAwho will: Champion and implement Agile Principles, acting as a servant leader for one Scrum team. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) effectively. Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement. Lead the execution, and oversight of all software testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing while leveraging AI tools. Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on Software Architectures and Software Design specifications, utilizing AI tools to ensure completeness of cases. Perform thorough Debugging and root cause analysis of software defects. Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the Software Development lifecycle to ensure quality is built in from the start. Conduct Systems Analysis to understand complex requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. Effectively manage communication and expectations with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. Act as a mentor to junior QA engineers and team members, fostering their growth and skill development. Is this opportunity right for you? Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile Principles.
Extensive experience in Software Testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
Demonstrated proficiency in Debugging and problem-solving.
Solid understanding of Software Architectures and Software Design principles.
Experience in the Software Development lifecycle.
Experience in leverage UI tools for efficient and thorough test case identification, writing and execution.
Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
A passion for Mentoring and fostering team growth.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Nice To Haves

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus.
