Requirements

  • Proven experience as a hands-on Technical Scrum Master and Analyst supporting software development functions.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables and executable plans.
  • Expertise in proactive risk/issue management within fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing strategic initiatives , BAU enhancements, and time-sensitive production updates.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and vendors.
  • Based in Mexico with the ability to work from nearshore company office locations.
  • Languages Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage project and sprint plans , including milestones, dependencies, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions) management
  • Lead and facilitate Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) , supporting planning, refinement, execution, and driving continuous improvement through retrospectives.
  • Lead scope definition and requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and data/process analysis.
  • Write and manage user stories with clear acceptance criteria and document functional specifications.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture to shape solution design and coordinate dependencies across multiple agile teams.
  • Track delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time, defect trends) and drive corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support QA/UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and confirming release readiness
