About The Position
We are seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager (Staff) to drive agile execution across multiple modernization workstreams. This individual will be responsible for maintaining delivery momentum, facilitating agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and ensuring transparency into progress against an accelerated delivery timeline. The ideal candidate will have experience leading concurrent software delivery initiatives, removing impediments, and coordinating complex dependencies across multiple teams in migration or modernization-focused programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager within software delivery organizations
- Experience managing concurrent workstreams under aggressive delivery timelines
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder communication, and team coordination skills
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery reporting
- Experience supporting migration, modernization, or transformation-focused programs
- Familiarity with migration-style backlogs, including: Wave planning, Per-application delivery tracking, Per-object or work-item burndown management
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders)
- Able to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Undergo fingerprinting as part of the onboarding process
- Successfully complete a government background investigation (CJIS-type clearance)
Nice To Haves
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience supporting cloud migration, application modernization, or large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong proficiency with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
- Experience working within multi-team or multi-pod delivery environments
Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple workstreams
- Track team velocity, burndown metrics, and overall delivery progress against approved Levels of Effort (LOE)
- Identify, escalate, and remove delivery impediments and blockers
- Coordinate dependencies and handoffs between workstreams and delivery teams
- Monitor schedule risks and surface potential delays early to leadership
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and program leadership
- Maintain backlog hygiene, sprint boards, reporting dashboards, and delivery documentation
- Ensure agile best practices and delivery governance are consistently followed
- Support planning activities for migration and modernization initiatives
