Requirements

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, speaking, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in process improvements and ensuring follow-through.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with team members and stakeholders.
  • Competent in Power BI and Copilot.
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve conflicts within the team and facilitate productive discussions.
  • Time Management: Strong skills in managing time and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address issues promptly.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Skills in coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their Agile practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to track and interpret team metrics and performance data.
  • Continuous Improvement: identify, implement, and sustain improvements in processes

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and Kanban practices.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure follow-through on initiatives.
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles.
  • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth progress.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Track and report team progress and metrics, explaining them clearly to the team and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners.
  • Manage four teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment and coordination.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and high pace in team operations.
