Requirements

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Excellent facilitation, speaking, and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in process improvements and ensuring follow-through.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with team members and stakeholders.
Competent in Power BI and Copilot.
Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve conflicts within the team and facilitate productive discussions.
Time Management: Strong skills in managing time and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address issues promptly.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
Coaching and Mentoring: Skills in coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their Agile practices.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to track and interpret team metrics and performance data.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and Kanban practices.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and ensure follow-through on initiatives.
Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles.
Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth progress.
Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Track and report team progress and metrics, explaining them clearly to the team and stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners.
Manage four teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment and coordination.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and high pace in team operations.
