About The Position
The Resource Person identifies needs of the Service. Promotes collaborative practice with Physicians, Coordinators, and Business Manager. Accountable/ Responsible to maintain supply inventory and adjust as necessary. The Scrub Assistant Resource also performs “Key Responsibilities” specific to the Scrub Assistant Job Description.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Successful completion of a Scrub Tech program
- BLS certification required (must be completed within the Provisionary Period)
- Minimum of 2 years previous Scrub Assistant experience
- Communicate effectively
- Time management skills
- Self-motivated to stay abreast of new procedure and equipment within the service
