About The Position

Screw Machine Setup / Operate. Individual will perform screw machine setup and/or run machinery, consistent with current ISO requirements, safety requirements, and 5-S requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Experience working with consolidations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Good judgment and decision making skills.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Detail oriented.
• Organized and have the ability and drive to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing Plant Mechanics
• ASE-Certified Auto Mechanics
• Previous Screw Machine set-up experience.
• Ability to setup and operate screw machines.
