About The Position
SMI Properties is seeking a Production Associate. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for various duties required on a screen press machine. Duties include loader, unloader, and dryer hand. This position could also work in the packout/finishing area of production.
Requirements
- Proficiency in screen printing techniques
- Detail-oriented
- Able to safely and efficiently operate needed equipment
- Capable of safely lifting 50 lbs.
- Capable of working on your feet for periods up to 4 hours.
- Good communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen
- Able to work some fluctuating hours depending on the season and need.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate printing equipment
- Load and unload materials onto the printing equipment
- Monitor print quality and adjust as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
