The Screening Processing Coordinator is responsible for executing the end-to-end administrative and physical handling process for fingerprint cards and related Bureau of Criminal Apprehension private searches. This part-time role supports internal screening operations by preparing fingerprint cards, coordinating card distribution and return, reviewing completed cards and consent forms for accuracy, hand-delivering submissions to the BCA St. Paul Fingerprint Office, tracking results, posting results into the TE system, and securely handling physical documentation. The position is process-driven, highly documented, and focused on accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and reliable execution rather than client-facing support.
