This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. With data fusion and mission management capabilities for the Department of Defense, the combatant commands and the intelligence community, HII advances the mission around the globe. HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a senior level Screening and Vetting Analyst to support the Office of National Security (ONS) within the Immediate Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). ONS manages Department-wide programs and provides oversight, policy direction, standards, and performance assessments in the areas of counterintelligence, intelligence, insider threat, cyber threat intelligence, information security, national personnel security, homeland security, and the safeguarding of classified information. ONS provides counterintelligence, intelligence, and security support to HHS Operating Divisions, Staff Divisions, and Department leadership. This position will support the Identity Intelligence Division (I2D) and focus on conducting screening, vetting, identity resolution, and risk analysis of foreign nationals, entities, and individuals associated with HHS programs, facilities, grants, contracts, acquisitions, and SBIR/STTR initiatives. The analyst will leverage government, commercial, and open-source information to identify foreign affiliations, indicators of malign foreign influence, counterintelligence concerns, technology transfer risks, and other threats to HHS-funded research, public health programs, and critical supply chains.
