About The Position

Associate will be responsible for transporting and emptying heavy barrels of powder into machines for filling. Apply today, work tomorrow, and get paid weekly! We're hiring now for a Warehouse Associate in Hurricane, UT. This role involves measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients according to batch sheets, formulas, and production instructions. You will operate blending, mixing, and related production equipment safely and efficiently, load raw materials into processing equipment, and monitor the blending process to ensure proper consistency, quality, and production standards. Accurate record-keeping of batch information, production quantities, and lot numbers is essential. The role also includes cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas, and assisting with packaging, labeling, staging, and moving finished product.

Requirements

  • Able to work in the US
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to read and follow batch sheets, formulas, labels, and written instructions.
  • Basic math skills for measuring, weighing, and calculating ingredients.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to safely operate production equipment after training.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to batch sheets, formulas, and production instructions.
  • Operate blending, mixing, and related production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load raw materials into mixers, blenders, hoppers, or other processing equipment.
  • Monitor blending process to ensure proper consistency, quality, and production standards.
  • Follow recipes, work orders, and written instructions accurately.
  • Inspect ingredients and finished blends for quality, accuracy, and potential contamination.
  • Record batch information, production quantities, lot numbers, and other required documentation.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas according to company and safety standards.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, staging, and moving finished product as needed.
  • Transport and empty heavy barrels of powder into machines for filling.
