About The Position

We are seeking a precise, dependable Screen Production Specialist to join our Grain Systems division. In this hands-on position, you will assemble and prepare quality screen components essential for grain cleaning systems. Working alongside a collaborative production team, you will ensure every order is built to accurate specifications and delivered on schedule.

Requirements

• Tool Proficiency: Confident using basic hand tools and general shop equipment safely.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous approach to quality control, specifications, and finishing details.
• Time-Conscientious: Reliable track record of managing time well and meeting job deadlines.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude in a collaborative shop atmosphere.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in production, metal fabrication, assembly, or general construction preferred.
• Knowledge of or prior experience with grain cleaning equipment and agricultural systems is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Measure, assemble, and finish screen products using basic hand and power tools.
• Conduct quality checks to guarantee high accuracy and precision on all finished products.
• Coordinate with team members to keep production moving smoothly and meet target deadlines.
