About The Position

CottonImages.com, Inc. is seeking a Screen Printing Machine Operator (Setter/Operador de Maquina Serigrafia) for their Doral, FL location. This full-time position involves preparing and operating screen-printing machines to ensure production quality meets customer standards. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of screen-printing techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The work is performed inside a warehouse which can get warm, and may involve standing for long periods or more physical movement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age-authorized to work in the U.S.A. All legal authorization documents must be valid and up to date.
• Maintain good physical condition and a positive attitude.
• Punctual and responsible, attention to details, organized, knowledge of basic computer information.
• Experience in screen printing and operating M&R printing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of various screen-printing techniques and ink types.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production quality meets the standards approved by the customer.
• Prepare and set up screen-printing machines for each production run.
• Properly align screens for multi-color printing (registration).
• Load screens, adjust print heads, and monitor ink levels.
• Ensure products are packaged according to customer specifications.
